July 22nd witnessed the departure of a steam hauled excursion originating from Blackpool for the first time since 1967. Hauled by Black 5 45407 from the East Lancahire Railway at Bury, it was masquerading as 45157 Glasgow Highlander. The 'Fishwick Fellsman' was organised by Leyland bus and coach company, J.Fishwick & Sons. The illustration shows the locomotive just prior to departure at Blackpool North.
